Service Description
Ayanell Ltd. provides eSIM (embedded SIM) services that allow you to connect to mobile networks without a physical SIM card. Our services include data plans for various countries and regions.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You must use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Our service are intended for private, personal use only and must not be used for commercial, shared, or unauthorized business purpose.
Fair Use and Network Protection
Unlimited plans are for personal use only. To keep the network fair and reliable for everyone, activities like hotspot sharing, automated usage, commercial use, or reselling data are not allowed. Excessive or abusive usage may result in speed limits, temporary suspension, or account closure.
Payments & Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the eSIM has not been activated.
Once an eSIM is activated, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue that prevents proper use, please contact our support team and we will review your case fairly.
eSIM Activation & Reinstallation
Your eSIM can be activated within 60 days of purchase.
If you need to reinstall the eSIM on the same device, we will provide a new QR code free of charge, as long as the request is related to reinstallation and not device replacement.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our eSIM services. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including network coverage and device compatibility.
Ayanell eSIMs work on supported mobile networks on land.
Ayanell not provide connectivity during flights or while at sea (including airplanes, cruise ships, and offshore areas), as these environments rely on satellite systems that are not supported by us.
Once you land and are within network coverage, your connection will work automatically.
No surprises.
Limitation of Liability
Ayanell Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
