FAQ's

Why do you only accept crypto payments?

As an early‑stage company, we need to focus on developing the service rather than managing complicated payment setups. Telecom is considered a “high‑risk” industry by many payment providers, which means mainstream gateways are costly and slow to approve. Cryptocurrency lets us accept payments quickly and globally with minimal overhead, so we can prioritize building a reliable product and expanding into traditional payment methods in the near future.

What should I do if I have a technical issue?

If you run into any problems during installation or use, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. You’ll be assisted by a real person—no automated bots—who will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Which devices are compatible?

To see if your phone supports eSIM, dial *#06# on the device. If an EID (Embedded Identity Document) number appears alongside your IMEI, then the phone is eSIM‑compatible. Most recent iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, and other flagship models support eSIM; please check your device’s specifications if you’re unsure.

Can I use my physical SIM and an eSIM at the same time?

Yes. Most eSIM‑enabled devices support dual‑SIM operation. You can keep your physical SIM for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data.

How long Unlimited Early Bird eSIM valid for activation?

You can activate your Unlimited eSIM within 60 days of purchase. If you need to reinstall it on the same device (for example, after a reset), let us know and we’ll issue a new QR code at no extra cost.

Can I tether or share my data in Unlimited Early Bird eSIM?

Our unlimited data plans are for personal use only. Sharing, or reselling data is not permitted because it can affect network quality and violates the terms of use.

Is there coverage on airplanes or at sea?

No. Our service relies on terrestrial mobile networks, so it does not work during flights or on ships. Connectivity will resume once you’re back within a supported network area.

What happens if I delete or remove the eSIM?

Each eSIM profile is tied to one device. If you remove the eSIM from your phone, it cannot be reinstalled on the same or another device. If you accidentally delete it or need to transfer the profile, contact us and a support specialist will guide you through the process.
